The short story: A great company! Highly recommend calling Serenity for whatever your Heating and Cooling needs may be. This is a locally owned and operated company that does a great job, stands by their work and should be one of your first quotes.The long story: I called them on a whim just to ask a few questions about a specific Trane Heat Pump (XR15/16 side-discharge - it's quiet and awesome btw)... I was connected through to their Ops Manager Drew, who was super-knowledgeable and also very friendly. He spent a ton of time talking with me and answered all my questions. He even looked up some technical specs while we were talking to make sure I had all the details. I decided I should get a quote from them even though I already had 5 others. Glad I did because their Sales Rep, John, was hands down the most professional and knowledgeable sale rep I had spoken to during my Heat Pump quote process. I was convinced after his visit that Serenity was the company to hire. Scheduling was easy and communication was excellent from beginning to end. We had a few small install challenges in the beginning due to issues from the previous install (old system), but they took the time and went the extra mile to make my new system "Perfect" for me! As John (20+yrs of tech experience himself) explained, the owner Shawn promotes a work ethic/environment that places "high quality" above all else, which allows the employees to do the best job possible for the customer, and not to hurry and just get it done quickly (with low quality). I personally saw the result of this work atmosphere as the crew worked. They genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each other and didn't feel rushed to get things done quickly. The crew leader was also super friendly, relaxed and answered all my questions along the way. If I could do it all over again, I'd hire Serenity in a heartbeat for a new Heat Pump install. Highly recommend you give them a call and have one of their professionals give you a quote for your project as well!

As per my previous post it took less than an hour for the company to call my husband. Sad that it took me writing a post for them to address the issue at hand. We were then given a choice of two different furnaces as an upgrade. I read reviews on both and jointly my husband and I decided on one. Serenity told us that they would remove the old one and install the new one at no labor cost and they would split the cost with us for the upgrade. Three technicians came out for the swap-out service. They were very efficient and it was a smooth transition. If there is any lesson to be learned from this, I hope in the future Serenity will inform their customers that some units are louder than others and give them the option.

My experience with Serenity Air was not positive nor would I recommend them to anyone. Our old furnace needed to be replaced and my husband had 3 companies come out for a bid. My husband decided on Serenity and told them that he wanted something comparable. They were not the company who had installed our previous furnace. The owner and an assistant came out for the install. The unit they installed is really loud. Our house is very small and I find that this is not acceptable. I asked my husband if he was told, before the install, how loud the unit would be and he said no. This unit is one that should be in an out building, because of the noise. We had the sales person come out to discuss what could be done. He said they could install a different unit at an additional cost to us. We decided on one and he called a few days later saying that the one we decided on was no longer available. My husband told him that we were going on an extended vacation and that we would address it when we got back. Upon our return I, again, talked to the sales person and he basically said there was nothing that they could do. I find their unwillingness to rectify this situation unsatisfactory and poor business practice. Now, we are stuck with this unit as we are both retired and can not afford to have it replaced by another company

I had a rep that lived next door to me. When my AC/furnace fan went on the fritz, I called him. He came over and spent nearly an hour troubleshooting the problem (he didn’t charge me). When it required more specialty work, he called in one of his crew who identified a possible faulty sensor. My furnace is old so they gave me estimates of replacing it entirely as well what the part replacement work would cost and the risks involved for further replacement parts down the road. There was no pressure and I ended up simply replacing the part and no trouble since. While the initial worker was my neighbor, I have no doubt the quality and care he treated me to would be received by anyone. Highly recommend them.

We had our A/C suddenly stop working in the middle of a summer heat. I called around to 15 different companies and left messages. Serenity Air promptly returned the call and we're available to come out the soonest. Their tech was professional and took care of the situation and even changed the air filter to prevent other issues. Amazing service from start to finish, would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC need.
