Update: Joshua Makaya and his crew with Serenity came out and installed a fully complete air conditioning and heating system as ours was going out, again, I have to get my hats off to Serenity and their professional crew for doing a great job. Cleanup was nice and also provided us with one of the best systems in the business. Thank you guys and keep up the good work, been with you guys for 10 years and continuing on. 04-02-2026

Serenity Air has been one of the best experiences we have ever had with a business. Shawn (The Owner) and Sharon are great people to deal with and are very prompt and professional. I have a co-worker I suggested them to and he has had nothing but great service the same. I would highly recommend these guys and will definitely return for any future service needed.

Had our systems tuned by Luke, he came out and checked everything thorough. I recommend the once a year check on any system.

Paula was super helpful getting me scheduled and asked a few good questions upfront to understand what was going on. I wasn’t able to finish the assessment at first, but when I called back she got me in for the next day, which I really appreciated.

Dylan called a couple hours before my appointment to see if he could come earlier, which worked out great. He showed up when he said he would, was really friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the issue and also gave me a few options/recommendations before he left.

Kaleb, was the tech. who did the service. He was on time and went right to work.  He put on covers over his shoes, before entering my house. He was very informative when we talked about what he did. He was a very easy to talk to, and I would have him do service on any of my equipment in the future. He was very friendly to my dog who was looking for some affection.
